Very bad service
What an awfull experience I received at Livingston hospital. I was rushed through from Kareedow after I broke my leg so bad that the bone went through my flesh. I was admitted and were sqaushed into a 2 bed ward to wait for a bed. After 2 days I was moved to ward 4B. I my god what an awfull thing I had to go through. The nurses day and nightshift are only there to receive a sallary. No feeling for any patient. Morning staff comes around with your meds at 9:30-10. Then u dont see any nurse again till nightshift. No roundsare being made. The patients rely on each other for help. Nightshift decides only at 22:30 to bring you your pain meds etc for the night ahead. I at 1 stage hat the physio with me and after that I could not get my leg back on the bed. Eventually the sister came with meds where I asked her to please help me put my leg back on the bed, where she told me straight to my face that she cant help me. Another patient came to assist me. They have absolutely NO compassion for any patient in the ward

Rotten chicken Spar The Sqaure Boksburg
I had bought chicken breasts from this spar and we all ended up with food poisoning after eating the curry I made with it. I then sent them a msg via fb on monday. No answer for 2 days. Then was told that a manager will phone me. What a shock I got when I was put on trial by the butchery from Spar's manager. Tried everything possible to get the attention off the bad chicken. Asking me what kind of pot I used, was it not the curry spice, what did I cook with it. Like only my veg and rice. I was treated like a crimanal. We had to go and sit in lines at the clinic just to get meds. My elderly mom was so weak. We don't have money for doctors. The chicken pack was a R116 all had to be thrown in the dustbin. We are batteling yes, but that doesnt give the managers of Spar The Square Boksburg the right to treat us like animals. I just asked them to check chicken before putting it out on shelves to prevent this from happening to more people. Im utterly disgusted by the way I was treated in this matter.

Spar The sqaure Boksburg sold rotten chicken and left 3 people with food poisoning
I bought chicken fillets at Spar the sqaure Boksburg on Saturday. Then made chicken curry for supper. As I made the whole pack so its no need to cook on sunday. During the night all of us started getting sick, severe vomiting, diarrhoa, and the most awfull stomache cramps. Wich means the chicken was of. When opening the lid of the curry on Sunday morning the smell was so bad🤢🤢then threw the whole pot of food in the dustbin. Monday morning I contacted Spar via fb to tell them what happened, only Tuesday was I answered for tel no. The butchery's manager then phoned me with the upmost disrespect and arrogance. Starting by wich pot did u use? Really? What has the pot got to do with the fact that the chicken was off? Then he tried to blame it on the curry spice, then asked what did I cook with the chicken wich is arrelevant. I only made chicken curry+rice. Monday we had to go to clinic as we dont have medical or money for doctors and it was food poisoning afterall. My 61 yr old mom is suffering the most because of age and she suffers from other illnesess. I sent them a msg again regarding the fact that, that manager was so rude and unproffecional. Up to now absolutely no response what so ever. At the end of the day is it R116 of chicken in the dustbin, 3 people are sick and hubby losing money becoz he cant go to work i the state he is in. And for the manager to try by any means possible to look for the problem in my pots etc is unacceptable
