Unpaid funeral cover

2 years back my sister whom was an employee at pack n stack passed and had a funeral cover with the company but up to today that money hasn't been paid, sent emails to different people no one seemed to know anything about it. Spoke to Xolile sent all the documents to him, the others can't remember their names, I don't understand how come it doesn't reflect on their payroll because apparently it's not saying she to cover or maybe someone claimed on her behalf just like her rep ate the money collected from stuff. Disappointed..
