This is a **** company. I ordered chickens (Point of lay), paid, received an order number but as soon as I wanted to confirm a tracking number for my order I was ghosted. All communication stopped and my calls were not answered.
I pay for a 200mbps upload and download fiber line. For the past week I am getting 6mbps download and 50mbps upload. MetroFiber technicians came out and say the fault is not on their side. MWEB says the problem is not on their side. Nobody is on the customer's side though. I work from home and my ability to earn an income has been severely affected by this. I am sick and tired of having internet issues every second month. Reference number: 247381
