Yahoo - stay the f*ck away from them!

How is it impossible to assist with account activation without an account key? My mobile phone was recently stolen and on it was the Yahoo Mail app. Whentrying to log on to my emails through my laptop, it request that I accept the account key notification on my phone. After numerous attempts to bypass this - with emails back and forth to the so-called help centre, I am still unable to log on to my emails. This large company is playing with people's future and life here. I do understand that this is a security risk, however, I have provided them with more then enough info on my account.
