Use if you like to beg someone to do the job you’re paying for.

We contacted Vaughn to complete our laminate floor installation and install skirtings in our home, as well as floor extension for our tenant in our flat. Initially, he was responsive and we had no issues. We then had an unavoidable 3 week delay with our kitchen installation so Vaughn had to come back to complete the job. It took weeks for him to come back, only for him not to bring all the materials he needed to complete the job. Another 4 months later, we were still begging him to come back. We were constantly told he had car issues etc so we offered numerous times to go and fetch his installer so that the job could be completed. No success. Our tenant was also constantly asking for the materials he had paid for, with us even offering to collect those too, but we were met with resistance every step of the way. We also had to endure being spoken to in a very unprofessional manner, with Vaughn raising his voice to us in our own home. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because he is fairly reasonably priced and the work of his installer is quite good.
