My advice is be very careful what you buy from them. I have a pcp which I bought from them which broke after far less than a year. I accept that may be my fault, but if you sell a product to clients I expect you to be able and willing to supply clients with parts. Kyle mailed me photo's of parts that weren't the correct ones, and I had to wait probably 2 weeks and a couple more emails before I even got that reply. I have not received any more emails or any attempts from them to try and help me get the parts I need even though from what I hear they are the only importer for the brand. Since the company does not seem to want to help me I feel I have no choice but to leave a bad review.

I gad issues with a product I received from them a few mo ths ago, which was terrible bit they promptly replaced it and I was VERY happy woth their service and I've since supported them for all my purchases. today I receive a voice message from Kyle insulting me about throwing my toys about that product. well, if that is how they treat their loyal customers then I am moving to another company.
MY father had a funeral policy with Metropolitan life that he never missed a payment on in all the years he was a member. He passed almost 3 months ago and Metropolitan Life totally ignores any and all claims. The closest I've gotten was them asking for some documentation which I immediately sent through but since then, 2 months ago they are totally avoiding me. If I call them they drop the phone as soon as they identify me.
