No delivery of product or refund
I have ordered a coffee machine from this company in January. They have not yet delivered the coffee machine, nor provided a refund. Their response to email is limited (5 replies vs 15 emails). Most emails remain unanswered. The contact number provided on the website, as well as on the invoice, goes straight to voicemail. No other contact details are provided, making recourse very difficult. The company has stated in an email that a refund will be given, but after nearly 2 months, this seems unlikely. Extremely frustrating and disappointing in these difficult economic times.

Scam company
This kitchen appliance company, based in Bloemfontein, has taken payment for a coffee machine that has not yet been delivered. The number provided on the website goes straight to voicemail, and emails now remain unanswered. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are a scam company.
