Better communication with clients would go a long way. After reading all the negative comments I thought I was ****med. I received all my items I ordered. Will order again from them.
I have been a Telkom client for more than 10 years and have not missed one payment. I pay over R 1,800/month on my current contracts. I recently app**** for a MONTH TO MONTH data contract in order to work from home (work I do to pay my contract) and was declined. I had a MTN and Rain DATA contracts which I cancelled on time, gave a months notice but MTN and Rain claim I still owe them money. When disputing the MTN and Rain accounts, one can only image the level of incompetence and lack on knowledge of their agents dealing with accounts. Thank you Telkom for treating a loyal customer like this. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF ONE OF YOUR PARTNER COMPANIES PHONE ME TO INFORM ME THAT ANY OF MY CONTRACTS ARE DUE FOR AN UPGRADE, THEY WILL BE MEET THE THE MOST VILE LANGUAGE THAT WILL MAKE A SAILOR BLUSH. If the last part "make a sailor blush" is beyond your thought process, please use Google for assistance. Looks like Cell-C may be getting my business

I placed an online order with Makro and PAID on the 1st of November 2023. Several of the items were not delivered as Makro said they did not have stock. My wife and I have phoned and emailed Makro for the refund for the items not received. The general reply from Makro's call canter is as follows: Your order was delivered. A whole R79,90 was refunded from a refund amount of R605. WHERE IS THE OUTSTANDING AMOUNT OF R525? I can see it on the their website which items were not delivered so why can't they see it?????? THIS IS THE LAST TIME I ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE OR INSHOP FROM MAKRO, GAME OR BUILDERS WAREHOUSE as it is the same call center for Massmart.
Is there less than one star. If so MTN's billing department need less than that. How many times does MTN want a person to cancel a contract before it gets cancelled. Now the contract is month to month so they charge 3x the contract amount 3 months after originally being cancelled . I am taking their router back and they can take me to court

Arrogant people - Note to Stacey. Look at your watch there is 24 hours in a day you don't have to before 8am to confirm payment - Thank goodness you have been paid and my wife does not have to deal with YOU. Please Google time zones if you did not know there is 24 hour in a day. Stop being arrogant
Client services and home insurance departments do not know what they are doing. I informed them I was going to cancel the home insurance in their specified time as I have changed insurance companies for half the price and still they took off the payment
