THESE GUYS ARE *****STERS. YOU PAY THEM THE MONEY FOR SOME T-SHIRTS THEN YOU HEAR NOTHING AGAIN. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT REPLY. ALMOST A MONTH NOW SINCE I RECEIVED MY ORDER NO. I BELIEVE THEY STOLE MY MONEY. SO BE AWARE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Europcar the worst car rental service
Do not use Europcar South Africa in Rustenburg or OR Thambo airport. They service is very very poor. I rented a car at Europcar Rustenburg. The guy there just mark the noticeable marks. I dropped it off at OR Thambo airport and the lady there inspected the car with me and said all is good and I handed her the keys. Four days later they send me an email saying there is additional damage to the car and Im accountable for that. I replied to the mail saying the car was inspected and all was good when I dropped off the car. Another 5 days passed and just got a mail saying Im accountable for the damage. I asked for a photo but I still did not receive anything. They still did not repay my deposito. I tried contact EUROPCAR customer service but as normal for them no reply. So know that if you rent a car from Europcar they will accuse you of damage of the car and you will not receive your deposito back. Please be warned of this unorganized Car rental service
