Disappointed Client!

The relocating of our household goods to storage facility took place without any issues however once we moved into our new home in George [WC] and our stuff was delivered, we discovered boxes were missing. After numerous emails and correspondence, we received ONE email a few days later from Debbie stating she will get back to us as the person she needed to discuss our removal with wasn't on site. This was almost 2 months ago and we are still waiting for Debbie to get back to us. The worst part for me is that amongst the missing goods, my shepherd's medication [extra supply] was also missing and although I did state the urgency and cost for those products, it made no difference in terms of getting back to us with some sort of answer. End result - VERY unprofessional and disappointing!
