***** at Durban Aucor.
I am in need of Hello Peter's assistance. I purchased things from Durban aucor, but did not receive them. I sent courier, however, my things were not issued. This was around January 2025. I spoke to almost everyone at that aucor. They keep on taking me from pillar to post. This is not for me first time they ****** me of my hard earned money.

Morning I'd like to express my disappointment and heartache caused by some of the employees at Bergvliet auction. My daughter bid Bosch- 10 kg 1400rm washing machine series 6 Home connect- Silver INOX. Shecmade payment on the 21 November 2022 and requested measurements. We waited for measurements for the whole month until we decided to use money saved for my son's registration to a special needs day care as he was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder on the 02 November 2022. I have sent an email to them ( will request my daughter to forward them to me so I can forward all emails to you). We were informed to be patient. That was towards the end of December, and we understood that it is holiday. Early in January I phoned and was transferred to a white lady, she gave me her email address, saying I should pit everything I said in writing. I informed her that my daughter sent an email and we were informed to be patient. She said I must write and send her an email, mention that my son has autism as I told her. What hurts me the most is that she confirmed that she I a mother, but doesn't have empathy at all. Now my son is at a day care centre which does not specialize with special needs kids. I sent the doctor's medical report which proves that my son has severe ASD. I even informed her that the money I bought another machine was meant for Autism daycare centre. May I kindly request that employees attend to people the same way and be objective without looking into a person race. I truly believe that our matter was never attended because of racial issues as I didn't like the tone in which the lady spoke to me. I even told her it's better we communicate via emails as my I was still vulnerable and emotional with the news of my 3 years old son. I know some things will never change, and I don't have a problem with that, however, all human beings deserve to be treated with respect. I would like to believe that even auctioneers have Cose of Ethics and should adhere to them. I need refund as I informed them that we bought another machine as I needed it urgently hence my daughter paid immediately. I have birth via C-section. I couldn't do laundry with my hands, having autistic toddler as well. I believe we have been patient enough.
