Since we bought the house from Cas Aucamp there was empty promises...up until today the agent who sold us the house even the owner Cas will just ignore us ... please be aware of this people ...they only give empty promises until you have signed the papers after you have signed they don't give a dam about you!! they tell you its a newly renovated house but they put ****py cheap things in the house that does not even last 8 months very bad service from them ...the owner and the agent you cant buy your forever home from them at the end the house will cost you so much more
We bought a house from them in 2022. The agent promised us that everything will be in place once we move in as it was a "all renovated house". But still up until now we are struggling to get thing out of them -8 months later!! this is very poor service. i even sent messages every day to ask about our things but the answer is i will sort it out but nothing comes from it .. I sent Cas a personal message he reads but does not even reply . The tiles in the flat fell from the walls, they sent their guys to come and "fix" it but did a ****py job. the agent kept on nagging us to sign while we were at work but it seems once we signed they felt nothing about fixing the house with quality work. when i asked her about the progress and to make sure they do a proper job her answer to me was ITS STILL LONG BEFORE YOU MOVE IN!! and now we sit with a lot of problems with this property ... walls are cracking the front walls are lose .. just think twice before you want to buy your forever home from Cas Aucamp Vanderbijlpark
We bought a House from Cas Aucamp Vanderbijlpark last year 2022. house was registered in December 2022. They only gave us empty promises regarding some things that still needs to be finalized inside the house and flatlet. They told us that there is pre paid water. On the day of the final walk through with Cas i asked him are you sure that there is no water bills that will come form The municipality and his response was "No not at all" When i went to open my account at the municipality they told us that we will receive bills to pay the water. I told them about the Pre paid water that we are buying . So the municipality said that is not their meters and the owner were we bought the house from must remove it. I'v been sending them mails from the 03-01-2023 up until today they called me once to tell me they can get someone to sort it out with the municipality but we need to pay that person. I told her that it is not my responsibility to pay any expenses due to this matter because i asked him about it before we moved in. They only read my mails that i send to Cas Aucamp about this matter and i get no reply whatsoever this is unacceptable of them to not give us any help from their side to fix this matter
