Signal Boosters - scam artists?
Signal Boosters advertised shipping within 3-5 days. Three weeks after ordering and still hearing nothing from them, I contacted them to find out where my order was. It had not even been made at the factory in China yet! They offered me a 10% discount which I accepted, but never received. Weeks later after more nagging and following up on my part, they admitted that they could not deliver the product and offered a full refund. After more enquiries as to when we will receive this refund, we are told 'Our finance tried to process the refund to your account but it is no pushing through due to the technical issue with automated system'. Still no product, still no refund, more than 3 months after the order. Is this even a real company or just a scam??
