Review update
Hi I wrote an very bad review for evotel yesterday after really struggling to get hold off someone to assist me in sorting out my wifi that was not picking up. At the end of the day 2 very friendly agents helped me out I just a few minutes. Katlego and Kele I really thank you for your excellent assistance in this matter. You both really tried your best to assist in the most effective way. Katlego even tried on a Sunday night.. And Kele even got back to me twice. And katlego. Evotel needs more support agents like you both you made me change my review from a one star to a 5 star. Thank you so so much again

Bad bad service
On 01/02/2025 we realized our wifi is off. The whole morning I tried to reach evotel with no success. At 12 a women phoned me back trying to assist assist I have switch the modem off several times even reset it with no change. She said she will phone me back nothing. I have raised 4 tickets evotel every time closing it saying it shows clear and correct on their side. Nobody wants to assist the lan1 light don't even show up Nobody wants to sent someone out I am so disgusted. I am going to terminate my services with them Please never use them

Bad communication
Hi, I have placed a order with PartyNet for my kids birthday party that will be happening this coming week-end. Biggest problem I have is the communication. They take their time to communicate with you regarding your order. I placed my order about a week ago. They said the supplier has stock when I followed up numerous times they said the supplier didn't deliver. I ask for a refund as from this morning but no one responds. I have lost 500 rand! Very disappointed in their service !
