I am a tenant in one of the properties that is manage by saproperty. We have had numerous issues with the property that needs to be fixed for the past two years that we've been taking up residence here. Promises are made through the agent that things will be sorted out however the landlord never does or takes forever to send people out. The latest issue is that her municipal account is in areas and every single time I buy electricity the take more then half the amount to pay her debt. I have been communicating with the agent through WhatsApp and sending emails to the agency for the past two weeks and no one is coming back to me with any answers or indication of when the problem will be sorted so in the meantime my daughter and I have to sit in the dark women alone on top of loadshedding. What does reimbur*****t help me in the meantime when the electricity goes out on top of loadshedding every second day.
