Failure to refund
In November 2022 I ordered items from Manicaa online. The items were not available and the order was cancelled by Manicaa after payment was made. After several communications to their customer support and repeated assurances from them that my refund would addressed within 7-14 working days I still have not received any refund almost 10 months later. BEWARE as this is a very real issue!

Manicaa.com - No refunds paid on order cancellation
I placed an order on the 2nd November 2022 with Manicaa. The order was confirmed and then subsequently i was notified there was no stock and the order was cancelled. After several mails to their support services (to which some have been replied to with "a ticket has been lodged") I have still not received a refund 3 months later. Their support service is now no-longer responding. BEWARE of ordering anything from Manicaa.com as I am not the only one experiencing this theft.
