Non-deliverance after 8 months.

June 2022 heard of sasilver.co.za from my nephew who previously ordered from Paul and received his one or two coins. He informed me of a special they had. 10 x 1oz Gold Kruger Rands @ R29 950 each(Total R299500). I registered, ordered, paid and then the cat and mouse games begun. Phoned him twice to enquire re the order that was not delivered. Promises upon promises and many e-mails later I cancelled my order September 2022 and asked for a refund. Was promised that refund will be after 5 working days. This did not happen and once again e-mail after e-mail, promise after promise with no refund. I saw my attorney October 2022. Send him letters and deadlines. Again promises that did not deliver. November 2022 I opened a criminal case CAS 417/10/2022 which is ongoing with the Hawks interested to get involved. If anyone wants to join in on this case please let me know with a reply so we can get into contact. Together we can make this big and stop this once and for all.
