Please do not use this company. I ordered material online for the Black Friday special. Firstly, the measurements indicated on the website were incorrect. This meant that I ordered too little material. I then went back onto the website to order, and guess what, no measurements were indicated on the website. I was invoiced for the material 3 times, not one of the invoices correlated. I was asked to supply proof of payment for the order even though the order was done online and payment was made online. The second batch of material I ordered, took 11 days to deliver. I was promised delivery on the Friday, no delivery. (Monday was a public holiday). I was then promised delivery on the Tuesday, guess what... no delivery and no phone call. I was promised delivery on the Wednesday... no delivery. Eventually delivery occurred on the Thursday. The late delivery meant that the upholsterers had already closed for December. This meant that I had no chairs for people to sit on in over Christmas. Apparently the incorrect number had been loaded onto the system and that's why they couldn't phone me. I was promised a refund in writing and telephonically due to the inconvenience caused, which to date has still not happened. When I enquired about the refund, now the lady says I don't qualify for a refund as I didn't return the material. The agreement with regards to the refund was due to inconvenience caused. If you want to spend a lot of time on the phone trying to sort out nonsense, then this is the company to use.
