Ordered food from Akhalwayas Sandton city, they served us food that was spoiled, upon opening the package the smell made us want to throw up, when I contacted the owner Fatima, she was very defensive and insisted the food was fresh, even sent her pictures but she was like there is nothing wrong with the food, I bought food for R1192.90, which we had to throw away, we bought lamb and roti, chicken and roti, chicken shawarma and steak toasted sandwiches. The food was all packed together, couldn't tell which was the bad ones, as the entire package smelled terrible.
Ordered 3 meals for a meeting on uber eats, for delivery 12h00 - 12h15 only received one of the 3 meals at 12h37. The uber driver was only given one meal for delivery. When I contact the restaurant, I was told they very sorry for the mess up made by their kitchen and will have the remaining of my ordered delivered to me in the next 25 minutes by the manager himself, an hour later I was still waiting for delivery, tired calling the restaurant many times but just got line busy signal, I had to drive to the restaurant to collect the order which I paid for delivery and all manager could say was I am sorry my driver left 20 minutes ago with the order which has still not reached me. And surprisingly their phone works immediately after I left the restaurant. Online order service is terrible, because it is already paid for so they don't care. So if you plan on ordering for a meeting on delivery think again because you will defiantly not receive your order and it will cause your company’s reputation.
