I am frustrated with this service. I had a Showmax account and cancelled my subscription , however they have still been trying to deduct from my account and has now to date left me in a minus of R235. I need this too stop, there is a reason why i cancelled it, but seems as though i will now be paying more for doing this cancelations. im giving you an average rating, this is because I love your products and I use most of them on my baby. I've especially fallen in love with the diapers, however, my son is now almost 2 years old and you have really disappointed me. I bought 2 bags as I would each month, upon opening the 1st bag I found 1 diaper that could not tie, and 1 strap was off, I left it and just went about using the pack I didn't think anything of it yet. But then when opening the 2nd pack of which im still using the last of, I got to the other 2 diapers that did not have straps on, now this is not acceptable, im expected to pay the price for a full pack but I have to find. I know that these things happen and it's just unfortunate that I have to experience this , but if there is anyway that you could check before packing as this would affect
