Absolute poor service and communication.
1. Enquired online regarding a product which was out of stock, still no reply almost a month later. 2. Purchased an item online 3 May, only to find out couple days later that item is out of stock. Still waiting for my refund for almost a month now. 3. I, who am the customer, need to follow up again and again and again...
