Attitude check

Carmen and Christina at the front desk have so much attitude it’s so embarrassing because the rest of our stay was amazing but just their attitude alone on check in and check out just set the mood off. Disgusting to say the least. However, Carmen at the breakfast buffet was amazing she was so helpful as well as as the two ladies serving was amazing. All the staff at the breakfast buffet were so pleasant and so helpful. Do better with Reception staff.
