The Evalex assessment is not geared for the average SA and is culturally biased. It is not a true reflection of what happens in business across all functions as it expects candidates in support roles to make decisions like a CEO or MD. Many workers in companies know what is happening in their function but with Evalex you are expected to know about any other function which is nor what happens in the real world industry. The reasoning and logical tests are tests using numbers and figures again discounting functions that don't require this in real industries. These tests are causing people to be unemployed and the people who have done these tests have been filled with so much anxiety due to this. These candidates become mentally and physically ill. It is not realistic has the real world and people who have not researched psychometric testing like business leaders will think that a candidate scored poorly as its not a good candidate but instead the test is not designed for the average SA. WIll value more people's input on this topic. Assessments are not supposed to cause this much anxiety and only be geared to certain people getting high scores. They need to go take a hard look at what is really happening in companies as this was designed by people far removed from the way it actually happens in the way of work reality.
