What a bunch of ******. Spoke to customer service because I have been waiting over 10 days for my withdrawal of just over R5000 and now they have basically said I can't get that money out as apparently I played free chips more than once even though I made deposits before to get them then their story changed to I was playing the wrong games!!!!??? How is this possible. At first my withdrawal was approved aswell. I was a loyal customer but now I am going to make sure people hear about this nonsense. Please don't be fooled by free spins etc, rather use one of the well known online casinos.

Horrible
Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Walked all the way there (with rheumatoid arthritis) just to be treated like I really don't matter. Terrible place, very very dissapointing
