I bought their Spicy Bonanza special at the new Cape Town Station branch. I got to work and when I wanted to enjoy my chips, they were dry and not spiced enough. There was absolutely no condiments added to the bag so I was eating dried out chips with no sauce. and on top of that it's supposed to be spicy wings it was normal wings! Very disappointed 😔
MOST TERRIBLE QUALITY!!! I ordered a Full House Masala Steak Gatsby, It arrived more than an hour later. Not only was the ends of the Gatsby roll hard, the steak was so thinly sliced I thought I was eating the lettuce! There was absolutely no garnishing!!!, the chips was not even salted! The steak did not even taste like Masala Steak, no flavor whatsoever and I am so extremely disappointed in the quality of the Gatsby, I use to buy from Continental and never had this issue, however today is the last time I will ever order from them again. Not to mention the customer service when calling in to place the order, the lady spoke so fast as if she was rushing me and didn't take the time to find out if I need anything else. I'm really really extremely upset about this! They have no email address available however I do have their contact number 021 448 2812 - please do not order from this place you WILL be disappointed!
I ordered a Pedros Chicken 1/2 bos, the chicken was very small first of all and very dry. It tasted like cardboard. Terrible experience!! I usually buy from Pedros but I am so disappointed. The chicken wasnt even basted!! Very bad experience!
Terrible experience @ Food Inn Cape Town last night, got food poisoning because of the Steak Hakka Noodles I ordered. Not that, the meat was soooo tough!! Very unhappy about this I'm in so much pain because of the food. They took my receipt also back so I don't know if they will be able to refund me!!! We also ordered a BBQ Chicken Pizza and the cheese was off, very unhappy about the service and quality received. It never used to be this type of standard. VERY DISAPPOINTED
I have been sending my paid up letters , I require a clearance letter. I have been sending the required documents but it is STILL not taken off my name!!! I have been waiting for over a month for a response yet nothing has happened! I even WhatsApp them. Annelise Van Der Pool was my consultant that assisted me! Utterly disgusting service!!! They can't even give a simple response! They are quick to call you to pay off your debt but when paid off you NEVER hear from them again!!!! Poor poor poor service!!! I do not recommend them at all!
I had a terrible experience at Hungry Lion Long Street ( The new branch that opened recently) not only did I wait an hour for food , when I asked when my order will be ready the staff flat ignored me , was extremely rude in the manner of speaking and threw the bag that contained the food at me , when I requested to speak to the manager , the manager was unavailable to speak at that moment. Not only was the service poor , the food was not appetising at all , the chips were not crispy and very oily the chicken looked as if someone stood on it! Flat! I have never experienced such terrible service at a fast food restaurant and it's not acceptable. I would like this investigated and action taken !!!
I bought a box of Bokomo last week , and it started having a chemical smell to it , I then tasted it and the taste was effected aswell. I then rang through to Customer Service and when they heard what my query was they dropped the line .. disgusting customer service. I logged a complaint and no one has responded to me ever since.
At 8:13 the Golden Arrow Bus from Belleville Terminus to Cape Town , the bus left when it initially only had to leave at 8:15 and the driver was extremely rude and the conductors as well. And it was told to me that the driver is in a rush and that he is sorry , That is unacceptable behaviour and I was already late for work!
I bought sneakers on my Truworths account at Uzzi , I had to exchange the shoes twice , when it broke again , I had to exchange it again however they gave me a stinking attitude and said I can't exchange the shoes , when the POLICY says I have a 3 month Guarantee!!! I am appalled by this service and not acceptable and the most ironic part is It breaks on the same place everytime meaning it's a manufacturing issue not mine!!!
I have ongoing complaints with KFC with the most recent one being about 3 Weeks ago and not even been responded to. I have complained numerous times about their service and quality of food yet nothing gets done about it. I get told they will get in touch with me but they don't. I had a complaint where a case handler was assigned and noone got back I emailed back and forth with no response. KFC IS RIDICULOUS, they don't care about their customers. I did not want to go this far but they left me no choice. After numerous no responses. They have no problem charging us for terrible quality and service
