Went to hire a smoke machine today, upon going to their office, I waited outside the gate close to 5 minutes waiting on someone to open up after ringing the bell twice. The employees had to tell the elderly receptionist there's someone by the gate. Eventually someone opened up. It took me 30 minutes to register with them and another 20 minutes to receive the smoke machine, the machine ended up not working, after it was highlighted on my invoice as "working condition."it was an argument between myself and her as well as my father after asking why is the extention cord not on site, not in a rude manner, she was extremely rude screaming at myself and my father, her son referred to us as" you people" and he swore us saying "voetsek" as a person of color I am extremely livid, and appauld by this. Apon receiving my recving my refund, I got told to not speak to her and as an adult I found this rude. And I was told to never return to this place would not suggest using Florida hire ever!
