Dissapointed - Owner attitude

Setup is nice. Ordered take away pizza. Made waiter aware that I’m allergic to fish, sea food, peanuts and tree nuts as well as avo. Waiter consulted owner (who makes the food) and said they will be safe with my pizza. We sat in the restaurant and watched the owner as he worked with the food. I watched the owner handle avo a few times, not taking care when working with my pizza. I asked the owner in a calm manner as to how they deal with cross contamination, when the owner was very rude and told me that nobody ever got sick due to his food for the past 26 years. Once again, calmly, I mentioned that the situation was about allergy. The owner was even more rude and said if I’m not happy, I should give back the food. He did not even in the same breath said that he will give back my money. I didn’t want to inconvene my family and left the restaurant. Very dissapointed in the manner I was treated. I was taught many years ago “ love the people and use the money, don’t love the money and use the people.”
