I'm so tired of walking around in a Builders Warehouse and all the staff arr on their phones and I'm noglt finding products I'm looking for. Staff have way more important issues on their phones than assisting clients. Pathetic service, ad usual. Nothing new. I'm annoyed before even entering the store because its always Pathetic service

A parcel to be delivered to a shop which trade from 08:30 to 18:00 daily. Ram just phoned , put the phone down in my ear while talking to me! I phoned call centre where I was advised that there is nobody at the shop and they could not make delivery!!!!!!! After waiting for the parcel for 5 Days you now lie and say you tried but nobody there!!!!!!! Service gets worse because call centre agent acting like she cannot hear me!!!!!! Ridiculous
Waterfall Mall Rustenburg. Sales guy on floor great an helpful assisting where he can....then the cashier and Co happen. I would've preferred if sales guy assisted with entire transaction as the 2 ladies assisting me have no clue as to customer service or communication Wanted to order extra jacket but I was charged for it and when I said I'm not paying it became too much of am issue to order. The lady telling me she does not understand my issue as she gave me good service! Good service?????? I think not
Rand Stadium Toyota. Actually annoyed that when booking service I specified that I want brakes replaced. Pick up car only to find you did not have brakes in stock and also other parts not in stock so I have to be inconvenienced to take car back again. I did not even receive phone call to tell me no stock, only call to pick up car as it is done???? Poor communication, poor service Ps: Recent model so do not even try that excuse!

Clicks Pharmacy Mulbarton Hospital You have a monopoly because all the hospital scripts come to you, that does not mean your service should suck beyond measure. Why can I not get my script to go to another pharmacy? Your service is far below par. The staff is miserable and unfriendly. Extremely slow and could not care less. Service sucks!

<p>I have requested the telemarketers not to phone me, but they keep phoning me at all hours for day! I just had a call now, 21:00!!!!!</p> <p>I have gone as far as blocking the number, but they call from various other numbers.</p> <p>Should Foschini not adhere to my request and stop phoning me to sell some stupid insirance to me, I shall lodge a complaint as per the National Consumer Act.</p> <p>Take my number off your list and stop phoning me! I do not care for financial/insurance advice over the phone.</p>
