Klaus was incredibly helpful, efficient and professional. He kept in touch regularly regarding needed adjustments to paperwork and gave heads up on delays. The claim took around 5 months, was successful, and I got paid out. Couldn't have done it without his sterling service, and the fee is definitely worth it. Highly recommend this service.
