Disgraceful .no empathy. Lack of communication

I had a incident in the woolies Musgrave store where I fell hurting my leg due to no visible signs been displayed for me to see that the floor is wet until this day no one has called me regarding my fall this happened on the 18th of March today is the 22nd of March please could I kindly get some sort of assistance.
