***BEWARE*** Milward and King will take your money and do none of the work. This company operates in a highly immoral fashion, taking extreme advantage of clients and communicating in a very unprofessional manner. In a sectional title scheme in which they are the managing agents members of the body corporate have not heard from them in over 2 years. They have taken a management fee of over R30000/annum and done little more than send out levy notices. When they finally reared their head they sent through budgets with missing dates and failed to answer any questions regarding it. The principal member of M&K avoids answering questions at all costs and has no interest in client satisfaction whatsoever! Terrible!
