Order cancellation for Refund
Yo, I bought a Defy fridge at Makro 25 days ago, but they failed to deliver. I then requested an order cancellation, but even today, they haven't processed my request. I don't understand why they lie to so many customers. R5800 is too much; please help!

Wrong information
Kfc jubilee mall Is very bad they allow me to order something with gravy. knowing very well that they don't have it, they only told me that they dont have the gravy when I was collecting the order.

I never received my order ,they accepted my order from crocssa.co.za knowing very well that they can't deliver to Muswodi Dipeni. They said I must come and collect it at Musina and for me to go to Musina is 77 km .

Invalid token
I bought R450 electricity on vodapay app on the 5th of September 2023 and they provide me with invalid token even today they can't assist me they said i must go to municipality and i went to municipality they can't help me with because they aren't associated with vodapay app electricity
