I went to the Mall yesterday to buy water and on arriving back to my car a gentleman approached me to assist which I thanked him kindly for .. He then scooted off with my Trolley ..I proceeded to go home and unpacked the water ..only to realise I had left my purse,cellphone a small parcel in the trolley.. I raced back to the Mall and a very kind security guy asked me if he vould help me ..I explained to him what took place ..he reassured me that it would be ok ..we went to the Centre Managers office to report ..and found that they were not in the office at the time ..we however spotted the guy in the black T Shirt and the security calked to him ... In the meantime a lady came running up to me and asked me if I had lost somdthing ..I explained ..she explained to me that the guy that very kindly helped me with my water and took my trolley had on his own accord handed it into the Alpha Office ... I was so impressed with the way this was handled and how quickly I got my things back..100% to the ladies running the show there ..well done and thank you ..Gail
