I wrote a review last week regarding a funeral policy claim done by mother in law Somikazi Peter - Makaphela instesd of paying they restarted again phoning people to ask questions and replaying recordings of when the policy was taken and still cant find any discrepencies while trying so hard to find them..I repeat I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ONESPARK TO ANY LIVING SOUL
My mother in law Somikazi Peter-Makaphela has a funeral policy with OneSpark for years, on the 28th November 2024 she submitted a claim for Mzwandile Peter who is a cousin to her and up to date she hasnt received any payout for the claim, she was told an investigation was gonna be conducted which they did contact all the relevant parties and asked all the necessary questions instead now they kwep sending message that they are sorry for the inconvenience and they are waiting for feedback from the review people, but now the premium deduction for January went off, why are they still deducting for a poOonelicynO that has a pending claim and why are thwy taking so long to payout a claim for a policy that never missed a months payment, OneSpark they are ****** and *****sers
In October 2022 we bought the speaker from Cash crusaders with a 1yr warranty, in December 2022 we noticed it's struggling with charging until it didn't charge at all. We took it back and we were told to come back for it in 14days, if they can't fix they will give us another one, to our suprise when we went to fetch we were informed they can't fix it because the problem is not with the charging point but with the motherboard and that we will have to pay R800 to have it fixed, now my question with Cash crusaders do they sell **** to their customers with the promise of a warranty and then when the warranty has to apply its non existent or is this warranty offering just a **** into having people buying their stuff.
