THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I had a mini lease agreement with Avis for a YEAR! when i left south africa they can not simply close the contract and deduct the required amount!! I AM the one who keeep calling and emailing them with literally no feedback on any platform!!! they just send me useless sms NEVER again with such behavior
for second time same year, they have the most terrible customer service they are not even welling to help yet they put a challange on each solution then they end up if you did not listen u will pay a penalty!! like really?! and the issue is am looking for arrangement to replace the vehichle with the same type!!!
i've been told that Vuma techs are working on the issue without ETR for the last 3 days everyday i ask for an update the guys just copy & paste their latest Reply! No ETR, on Monday i was told that we have a ticket opened with Vumatel today i just Recieved ticket confirmation with vumatel i spent 3 days waitint just to open the ticket not sure how long i have to wait to get service working again
i've been dealing with Avis in Many countries, never had such terrible experience with any of them except for Avis south africa, since 2021, i always rent a mini lease which is always more than 3 months, so usually car disk expire, i end up running after them to replace the vehichle or sort out the issue, always end up waiting for a week or too, before they start looking at the request during this period i get many tickets, while i am writing this review they putting me on hold for an hour now! i strongly do not recommend Avis, terrible customer care, terrible experience, never respond on time, you send them an email then u are lucky if they answered within a month!!!!
actually i lost tracking for how many days i've been living without internet Home dis-Connect is the worst ever, i've been struggeling with them just to get an answer! not even to sort the issue out i asked them clearly many times, what is the reason! they generally say its something wrong in the network! Okay sir how you gonna fix it ?! i will log a case ( i heared that 10 times literally) what is the ETR ?! i cannot tell you! please cancel my contract! NO! i Recommend you to avoid this thing, am not even saying ISP, it's internet service disconnecter, one last thing, they keep saying the story is related to some fiber fault in my complex causing failure in vumatel network Some other ISPs in my complex like coolideas, they're also using vumatel but their services are up!!!!
Poor Service/Support... they have no problem to leave you with connectivity issues for 4 days, even when you open a ticket or ask for support they never provide an accurate direction of what is the issue or even the ETR, they have the worst customer service ever that give you the feeling you are calling them in improper time! they always have connectivity issues and some weeks on daily basis, in addition to that they never attend to it!!!
