We have dealt with Sherwin at We Buy Cars Silverlake on many occasions and have received excellent service every time.
Dear 0861 Africa, We are writing to express our deep disappointment with the service we have received from your company. Our business recently ordered five table cloths from your company, but unfortunately, we had to send them back due to poor quality and a lack of adherence to the standards promised. We immediately addressed this issue with your company via email and requested that the problem be fixed or that our order be redone. However, we were met with a disappointing response that the company would not take any action to rectify the issue. This lack of responsiveness and failure to stand behind your product has left us feeling incredibly frustrated and disappointed in the service we have received. Furthermore, we have attempted to contact the director of your company to escalate this issue. However, we have been unable to reach them, and the Sales and Customer Relations Manager, Hantie has been dismissive and unhelpful, showing a lack of professionalism and courtesy towards our complaint. As a business, we rely on vendors who deliver quality products that meet the highest standards. We trusted your company to deliver a quality product, and instead, we received something that did not meet even the most basic standards. It is clear that the quality of the product and the satisfaction of the customer are not a priority for your company. We are writing to urge your company to take the necessary steps to rectify this situation and restore our trust in your company. We hope that you will make things right by either fixing the issue with the original order or redoing it entirely. We are willing to work with your company to find a solution that meets our business needs and maintains our faith in your brand. We hope that you take this complaint seriously and address the issue promptly. Jaco De Bruin,chief operations officer at ****r and Fisher took over an auditing firm that we have been with for 7 years.Our auditors then emigrated to Australia and Mr De Bruin continued to manage the firm, while working at ****r and Fisher, and also corresponding through his ****r and Fisher email address.Initially we had the best of impression as Mr De Bruin informed us of his expertise. This was a ruse in that our books were managed with gross negligence and huge mistakes were made.Over R500 000 was paid in auditing fees for work that was not done correctly and we had to hire another auditing firm to correct his mistakes as Mr De Bruin disappeared.This matter was brought to ****r and Fischers attention in 2019 and to date nothing has been done.
