Online store has pathetic customer service Your online store service is great when it comes to delivery speed. However, the wrong shoes were delivered end of Feb - and that’s where everything went wrong. Turns out there are 2 solutions when this happens - you can trade the shoes in store, or alternatively you have to issue a return & wait to be refunded. The shoes I ordered are apparently only available online so I was forced to issue a return request, wait for refund and then only be able to reorder the shoes I wanted. I issued a return request end of FEBRUARY, it is now April and I still have the incorrect shoes. I constantly have to follow up, no one seems to be taking initiative on this issue & I get pathetic generic responses back like “The couriers are yet to advise when parcel is out for collection.” The courier has not contacted me once - I suggest getting a better courier company. The first courier order cancelled and they only looked into it and found out when I persistently asked what’s happening. They issued a new courier collection last week and yet they still have not contacted me. I am extremely upset. I got the shoes for an event that has now passed. I have stated that I will be selling the shoes delivered if pickup doesn’t happen this week as I have been patient enough. I also warned that the shoes delivered were more expensive than the ones I bought so you will be running at a loss. Fix your pathetic generic customer service and find a way to handle incorrect deliveries without majorly inconveniencing your clients - it’s 100% ruining your reputation. Get some account managers who actually sort issues instead of deflecting them.
