*************, ****s and hypocrites. They'll smooth talk you into payment after you've paid and not happy about their car they refuse to refund nor to give you something better. Do not trust them, do not buy from them. I'm stuck with a broken vehicle and my money is gone!
Definitely not recommended 😕 no feedback still, my car has been with them for more than 30 days now. I'm returning the courtesy vehicle and I'm to be left without transport, how will I get to work 😩 OUTsurance was so much better 🤞🏾‼️ I don't even know the status of the claim on my car 30 days later‼️
I would never advise anyone to trust Budget Insurance. When this Insurance was sold to me, I really thought claiming will be a hassle free process. I had an accident on the 19th September 2025, till this date my claim hasn't been finalized. I have to be the one requesting information from my previous Insurance company and tracker as to why because I gave them consent. It clearly seems like I'm supposed to do work for them because I'm the one who wants this claim to be finalized. The person who was assigned to me never gave me any update until I phoned the call center where I was told my car was written off and again it was taken to a Senior assessor for further assessment. To me this is a delay tactic to avoid paying the claim or whatsoever. I'm supposed to return the courtesy car soon but still my car hasn't been fixed and claim not finalized. I almost recommended my family members as I thought it was the best but now I'm grateful I didn't and I will tell my colleagues to cancel it before they experience this kind of treatment.
