Debt Help *****
Greetings On 10th March 2026, I received a call from this number 012 753 7038. The company called Debt Help, Their agent is female and stated that they were calling from NCR, which I know is a government agency. I was told that they can see my profile and how I'm handling my account, which is very impressive. I was then told that I'm paying a high interest rate and that they can help reduce it. Without cost, on the call, I asked the agent if this is not a debt review program, and she rep**** by saying no we are only trying to help you with high interest rates. I was avoiding it because I've been there and I know how frustrating it is to be under debt review. Now, to my surprise, I've discovered that they placed me under debt review after I clearly stated that I don't want anything to do with debt review, and now they want me to pay them to remove my name from debt review for the amount of R4000,

Unauthorized debits
im so dissapointed with telematics.they called me on 29 to setup a double debit, I asked why since I'm not in arrears my debit date hasn't approached I then refused and told them to debit the agreed amount of R209, as agreed they debited that amount on the 29th Nov 2023.but they debited 2more debits on the 30th Nov to make 3 debits within 48hours hows that for the service,

Bad business
I'm really disappointed with this firm at first before you pay communication is perfect.they will tell you all how they will quickly assist. Once you pay them they become very quiet no update nothing they don't answer their phones no more communication even if you try on the WhatsApp group no response if there's response is meaningless. I'm so disappointed
