Went into your shop yesterday. Three shop assistants there: Two African young men behind the counter and one indian/coloured woman in front. No customers. Busy enjoying chatting to themselves and no attention to me the customer who had just come in. I went check some pricey hats next to the counter and as I was leaving the section they were still busy talking and the lady blocking the way near the counter and I had to navigate my way pass her making sure I did not bump into her. I just left. Whew!
Unpleasant experiences at pick and pay oribi plaza Port shepstone. Surly till workers including supervisor. They don't greet you, just tell you they don't have the money if you ask for cash back, nor refer you to who can help, when you pay they return your cards not to your hand but curtly put them on the counter, generally make a customer feel unwelcome by negative non verbal communications. No wonder pick and pay losing market share to other retailers if failing at the basic level. Once I reported a particulary bad encounter to the manager but have since realised there is problem in this shop.
