I saw an adverti*****t posted on the internet what I thought was related to Capitec Bank. Its a good bank and I immediately thought that it was worth pursuing. I made an enquiry and the respondent was very friendly and efficient. I supp**** the required documents and then I started to find out that the advertising quoted that this system of investment would deliver R 5500.00 per day, which what the crypto industry is offering. I couldn't quite establish what the investment was about. 1. The ad said you invest R 3500.00 initially. 2. I would earn R 5500.00 per day. When it came to depositing my investment it was not R 3500.00 but R 4000.00 I then found out the R 5500.00 per day was not possible as advertised. I was given an instructor Derek Ilfasi who was there to guide and advise me which he was very good at. Once I was ready to invest in the stock market he advised me to invest in Apple shares when I tried I never had enough money! Really He then advised me to invest in Intel shares bearing in mind I'm a complete novice. He insulted me because I was not fami**** with the system and was trying to learn what to do. I decided to withdraw my initial investment and this has been an issue. The disrespectful manner in which I was treated is unacceptable and he says is this how I treat my teacher?!!! His arrogance is unbelievable. With my withdrawal I cannot get all the money I invested admittedly because Intel shares are losing value which is a reality in the stock market. But he denies advising ne to buy the shares in Intel according to him thats my fault!!! Really I was following his guidance. My advice is beware of FIXOCAPITAL they are not interested in you but their interests. A really bad experience. Derek Ilfasi needs to learn some manners abd respect.
I deposited R 3000.00 into the Luno Crypto account but I was provided with the incorrect unique reference number. I had no idea I was given the incorrect ref number and used this number as my reference when depositing my money into their account for the purposes of trading in crypto currency. After about a week I had no response from Luno and queried what was happening to my money. I was advised to contact Luno support which I did, I was required to provide them with a bank generated PAYMENT NOTIFICATION which I did, I was contacted by no less than 5 different people who were responding to my query, they never once read my correspondence and sent me information about paying my money to a third party whch I hadn't, I was told that I was using another person's ref number which I was untrue I had no idea that the reference number provided tio me was incorrect. When I asked them to check my initial registration information, they ignored that and eventually I was given my correct reference number. I asked no less than 3 times for the new Ref number to be confirmed by Luno to substantiate it was correct, too date that has still not happened. I asked that my money, paid into their account with the incorrect Ref number, be repaid into my personal account, after providing my bank generated Payment Notification, which would show them exactly when the deposit was made, they told me to go to the police and report this incident, I am dumfounded at the incompetence. They are simply too lazy to trace my deposit and repay my money, it is completely unacceptable, seeing I have provide all the information requested for repayment listed on their website. How is it possible that LUNO can be so *********** and to how many other people has this happened. I need this to be resolved please.
