Worst customer service and *****ulent!
****mer! Every chance I get I’ll remind the world of how this business is a **** ! You pay for your dresses and you’ll never receive your parcel ! I’ve not opted for the legal route but I’ll dedicate my life to earning people about this asshole !!

Worst delivery services !!
One of the worst shopping apps ! Drivers never meet the estimated delivery time ! Driver changed while I was still tracking the order. It's been over 2 hours waiting for my order ! No communication as to why driver changed or why the estimated delivery time was not met!! Oh this is not the first time I experience this . Never using this ever again !!!!!!

Cashiers from hell
Engene Tembisa convince Centre Firstly their cashiers have one of the worst customer services . They don't remind you of the special . They don't greet back . They are so rude and mean . Today I encountered a woman by the name of Phumi . She is such a horrible cashier. I was paying then decided to add something. I paid for the first items already and she rolled her eyes. I then paid for the other items. This lady I greeted her ans she didn't greet back. She looked so annoyed and irritated . If you can't serve people with a smile move so that people who are dedicated to customer service can be put ! This garage always gives me horrible service ans I already put up on Google maps a lengthy review . I won't go over past because they are just horrible . Overall customer service is zero ! No respect whatsoever for customers !

This lady is a ****mer and I'll continue alerting people every single year !!! Over 3 years of not receiving an order! She will start by emailing you that your order has been received then will later send a **** tracking number . You won't receive your parcel. Money down the drain all to fund her instagram lifestyle ! She's a ***** and a thieve !

Two years later no delivery !
What a Joke . I placed an order on the 14th of December 2022. This lady gave me a run around , not delivering my order . In January 2024 , I received an email that my order is now complete. I gave it a week and still no delivery . She's a very arrogant human being who runs a business on people's tears . She's the reason I don't even support black businesses anymore. She runs her business like a ***** . She lies and sends this weird emails like let it go. I personally made peace with the fact that I was ****med and what use will making a delivery after 2 years make ??? What a joke !!

Vivo hires *******
Vivo Woodmead gives the worst customer service . I was given worst customer service by one of their employees Mfundo Dlamini , the guy is rude and stole money from me. While I tried to resolve this matter with one of the managers by the name of Candice she dismissed me and promised to resolve the matter but never got it resolves since December 2023.

Real estate agent from hell .
Worst real estate agent to work with . False advertising on property listing in orange groove . After moving in she took our deposit and rent money . Promised to fix the property but never fixed anything. The plumbing was from hell . The roof was leaking and the painting was a mix match . We gave her complains but she is too busy to fix the property . After moving out she failed to pay back our deposit money . She is the worst real estate agent to work with . Will ignore phone calls and promise to pay your deposit back but never keeps her word.

This company works with a real estate agent by the name of Lesley Cozens . She has her won property that she advertises with the company name. She will take a deposit foe the rental and will refuse to give you the refund when you move out of the property. That cottage has leaks in the roof . The bathroom is leaking , the shower tap is not working and the plumbing is from hell. No hot water, cold water all day . She is a real estate agent from hell .

Rude ****mer !!!!!! Do not buy from this business !!!!
A rude ****mer who portrays the business as legit . Very rude, unkind , disrespectful, insulting customer and calling me names for wanting my refund . She threatened me , her words are that the money is nothing to her . DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS !! SHE IS A ****MER . She doesn't deliver products. Doesn't refund . Instead she'll insult you day and night.
