I used to be a CATERPILLAR shoes fan. Used to.. Why is it , that such a well established brand go on to make INFERIOR shoes??? I mean really. I paid as near as it makes no difference R 3000 for caterpillar Intruder. Looks great. Unfortunately AND Ironically they did not even last 5 months . They tore on the sides. I know that the CATERPILLAR shoes devision, doesn't and will never have the honesty and integrity to make contact with me and replace the shoes. And these are not the only CATERPILLAR shoes I bought . I bought a pair of Frontrunner - Inferior a pair of Caterpillar boots - Inferior Inferior Inferior. What a pity
Dear FOOTGEAR MANAGEMENT, I recently purchased among a number of other purchases, a pair of Caterpillar boots from your store at the Langeberg Mall Western Cape. The Caterpillar shoes was the worst letdown I have ever seen. Caterpillar what is going on??? But Please, this email is NOT about those Inferior shoes, but instead ,it is about a supervisor that went out of her way to resolve my issue. Quickly and Effectively. It is about EXCEPTIONAL AND KIND SERVICE that I received from Ms Zuki Mnyande. She is the store supervisor. Footgear must really feel privileged, having someone that is such a COMMODITY on their team. I honestly recommend and hope, that you value this kind of rare talent and that you will LOOK AFTER HER VERY WELL. This kind of customer service is very rare to find anywhere in South Africa. I am a business owner myself and I know how valuable someone like Ms Zuki Mnyande is to a business. Hard to find and even harder to keep. Hold on to this asset you have in Zuki, and please , treat her right with good future growth and promotion. Look after her,invest in her. From a Happy and permanent customer of Footgear. I bought a new pair of Caterpillar Revive shoes. I am doing maintenance on houses,from the roof down. I am EXTREMELY hard on shoes. I needed something extraordinary i.t.o Comfort, Durability and Grip. I also suffer from chronic lower back pain,so this investment simply HAD to cover all these important aspects. I am a First time Caterpillar shoe customer. The results are far greater than what I expected. This is undoubtedly the best pair of shoes I owned in my entire life of 45 years. A couple months ago, I bought a cordless Caterpillar Drill 18v and because of this amazing tool that also exceeded all my expectations,I opted for the Caterpillar shoes. WELL DONE CATERPILLAR for offering such incredible products. And thank you. I am Completely sold on the Caterpillar brand,and will never even look at any other shoe brand other than Caterpillar. Thanks to the whole Caterpillar team.

We don't have a thing called customer service in South Africa anymore,or so I thought. After meeting with one of HYBRID RISK MANAGEMENT'S Directors,my opinion changed dramatically. The Company did not send me a consultant or a Sales person. They are a group of highly qualified and experienced Directors, that assesses each individual or company based on their current situation. I have to say,it really gave me full peace of mind, knowing that my needs were taken care of by a professional that has My best interests at heart.
