Order number #29549701 Order Date: 22/04/10. It's been over 2 years since I ordered a XIAOMI Redmi Note 11 4GB/128 GB 6.4" Dual Sim Smart0hone Graphite from this company. The EDD was roughly a month after the order was placed and I allowed two weeks' grace before contacting them to query delivery. To say I was sent from pillar to post is a gross understatement. That and the impersonal, copy and paste responses did little to assure me that the matter was being taken seriously each time I tried to escalate it. I later contacted the post office, who sent me evidence that the parcel had been returned to sender owing to being compromised upon arrival (I have a screen grab of the email from the official who responded to my query, complete with a screen grab of the log details). Following the advice of one of the multiple customer service assistants who responded to my emails, I filed a refund request with Trade-inn.com. The matter remains unresolved to-date. Instead, I recently logged in to my account and found that there are no orders under my name, despite me having invoices from them and an extensive email trail as evidence. Their deplorable service has left a sour taste on my mouth. I'm unemployed and live in a third world country and cannot afford to lose money to European companies intent on building their wealth off the backs of poor people. The phone was bought for my daughter, who was writing exams at the time and needed a device... To anyone considering supporting this bogus operation: don't do it! You'll be left frustrated and broke, with nothing to show for it!
