This is a disgustingly run company that I do not recommend to anyone. I app**** and paid for a SAQA-accredited Safety Officer course in 2018 as advertised by Ress and to date, I have still not received any HWSETA verification. The Director has given excuse after excuse each time and does not attempt to make any contact to keep me updated. I have requested a refund multiple times so that I am able to complete this course elsewhere but this request gets ignored. I have been understanding for the past 5 years and lost out on financial opportunities. This company was happy to take my upfront payment of R9000.00 but has failed to provide me with what was advertised as an accredited course.
