*****. I bought a puppy from fluffy paws kennels (also *****) and the Jack Russell will be delivered no extra cost. Starlight pets relocation emailed me we need to rent crate (R14999) and will be refunded once we receive the puppy. Later we received email the pyppy is stressed and needs to be vaccinated and bloods need to be drawn and they need R19000. I messaged fluffy paws and they said she will refund me she will give R7500 but I must give the rest. I found the dogs picture on the internet the dog in Europe!! I asked her to explain then she blocked me. We have taken this to the police

I was looking for a Jack Russell puppy and found fluffy paws kennell. I paid deposit of R3 000. The lady Marisa de Zyl said the puppy will be delivered at no exra cost. The following day we received email the puppy was picked up but we need to rent a crate (R14 999) and the money will be refunde once the puppy is delivered. Later we received another email stating the puppy is in distress and needs to be vaccinated and bloods need to be drawn. They will refund us. Whe I asked Marisa about this she said she was unaware about this but she needs me to pay the rest she will refund me and I refused. I search the picture of the dog ong google and found out the dog is in europe when I asked het to explain she blocked me. I have taken this to the police!!
