I'm was an existing Cool Ideas client and needed assistance with activating a new fibre service. I moved right next door - the fibre line literally needs to move 5 meters, which I can do myself. I've tried to make it as easy as possible for them by submitting a cancellation, moving the fibre NTU myself and get them to reactivate the service with the updated address. They are unable to assist me. Looks like I should have just kept quiet, moved the NTU myself and carried on paying them without them knowing about the move. Now they say I need to wait 2-3 weeks for a new installation (the other NTU is 5 meters away from me FFS!). Cancel cancel cancel, I'll find someone that can help me. I don't recommend these clowns, rather look elsewhere.
Worst network ever. Stay away. I've been with MTN for the past 8 years. Most months there have billing issues with their systems, with payments not reflecting and my service being suspended, despite payment being made on-time and via their own MTN app. If I could put a figure to the amount of downtime this has caused me over the last 8 years, it would amount to 1 month of no service - all MTN's fault with reimbur*****t or discounts given. Absolutely shocking service - you guys can close down and give someone else a chance. MTN & ANC = Same WhatsApp group 👹 1 more year left then I'm leaving this abusive relationship for good. Hi, I've recently bought 3x 6 packs of Parmalat Steri Stumpies from Makro Milnerton. The dates of the product are still within the best before expiry date. Unfortunately the products have gone sour, and I even found mold underneath the label of one of the drinks. I doubt I can return it to Makro, as I've already discarded a few of the drinks that were part of the 6 packs. Please advise what I should do?

Worst service provider ever! Do not use MTN South Africa. They don't care about customer service, no one ever answers the phones or they don't respond to emails in context. Their billing department is *********** and completely useless. I'm cancelling all my lines and moving to Vodacom. Avoid like the plague! MTN + ANC = Same WhatsApp group.
Regarding Customer Care Reference Number: 45e1cf36-f846-4549-8b2f-35215f4a26f5 My matter is not resolved. No further response received from Customer Care. I have renewed my MTN Contract on line number 0xx *** 6433 to an MTN Mega Gigs XS package on 01/02/2023 (24 months). The current package includes a monthly credit of 52GB Data and 125 Minutes. When I renewed the contract via MTN Retentions (135) - the service consultant that assisted me with the renewal confirmed that the Data portion of the package is Shareable via DataShare. I asked him to repeat the details and to confirm if ALL of the data is shareable. He then confirmed that the entire data package (52GB) is shareable. For the past 2 months, I have only been able to share 1GB of the allocated 52GB's of monthly data. Please advise and confirm if this can be corrected? I require at least 20GB's to be shareable monthly. If not possible to rectify, please confirm the cancellation process, so that I can move all of my lines to Vodacom.
