Terrible quality

I bought this 3 seater couch in 2022, for R16000.00 unfortunately I lost all my contacts and can't remember the manager's name. After a year of purchase I got in contact with him and told him that the couch is doing as the pictures uploaded.He told me that no refund will be done and that he can exchange the couch pillows, it took him long enough to do that after multiple whatsapps and phone calls. The couch originally has a dark brown colour with little black spots, but after a couple of months the black dots dissappear because of bad quality. Well lucky me its been another year and the couch pillows looks exactly the same. I am honestly disappointed in the quality and never expected this to happen for such a "fancy" shop and one expensive couch. I will never buy or refer someone to buy from them.
