I ordered sneakers through facebook mid-April and have not received my order. Neither does StyleNstride respond to text messages on FB or emails.
I made a booking but there were some issues after payment, which resulted in Booking.com sending an email to me stating that I will be refunded within 7 -14 days. That was early in November, which means that I have still not been refunded a month later. I cannot even write to bookings.com to enquire as their webpage have "frequently asked questions" instead of a direct email address. Has anyone experienced the same?
