Atrocious service and under skilled accounts department that cannot compromise on a business decision and opt to rather lose a customer based on brainless thinking and pointless T's and C's. 1. I want to move the device from one vehicle to another and was told to pay R1500. 2. I opted to rather cancel and pay the R2000 cancelation fee. With 27 months left to pay equating tor the value of R4293 over this period. However, with the above been said, Matrix refused to pay the changeover fee and opted to lose a customer along with a ROI of -+R5000 for the period forward. As customer i would rather pay the R2000 and move to a tracking company that thinks further than their nose and goes all out for their customer. I don't like to leave reviews of this nature, but their call Centre refuses to help.
I contacted Constance De Wit via an advert on Facebook marketplace in December 2022. Worse decision ever. He came to my place and quoted on a job and requested 70% payment before starting of which I objected and agreed on 50% R7500. He then made empty promises on the start date and always had lame excuses. Eventually I got thick of his excuses and asked for a refund which ended up in the same circle of empty promises. Too date no money received. I even contacted FNB ***** department who blocked his bank account. People like this need to be jailed for *****. Upon my investigation I noticed he has several address that he uses. This guys is a ****mster of note. Report him to the police. Don't deal with him.
